CROQUE MONSIEUR

Out of allll the food we had in Paris, this was by far my favorite. I don’t know if it’s because the first time I ordered one it was so cold and stormy outside and this was just great comfort food, but the croque monsieur left a major impact on me. Best part is they are pretty easy to recreate at home!

I followed this recipe (shoutout to Ina Garten), and the only thing I changed was making sure we didn’t load too much on top of the sandwiches, even if you have extra ingredients. If you add too much, it won’t bake & broil as well. Enjoy!!
